Perihal PADAMU NEGERI dan DAPODIK

PADAMU NEGERI tidak ditujukan sebagai pengganti program DAPODIK Kemdikbud. Layanan PADAMU NEGERI dikelola oleh BPSDMPK-PMP Kemdikbud bekerjasama dengan PT. Telkom secara legal dalam rangka pelaksanaan tupoksi Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan melalui program EDS dan VerVal NUPTK yang telah berlangsung setiap tahun sejak tahun 2006 hingga saat ini.

Hasil PADAMU NEGERI sebagai dasar perencanaan program UKG, Sertifikasi Guru, Diklat PTK di periode selanjutnya mulai 2014 nanti. 


Jadi tidak perlu ada kekuatiran berlebihan terhadap kehadiran PADAMU NEGERI yang tujuannya berbeda dengan DAPODIK. Hal ini sama halnya dengan program PDSS dari Dikti untuk proses seleksi SNMPTN (https://pdss.snmptn.ac.id/).


PADAMU NEGERI terbuka untuk menunggu hasil DAPODIK secara menyeluruh agar bisa segera berbagi data yang akurat melalui PDSP sehingga layak menjadi sumber referensi data utama bagi unit kerja lainnya yang membutuhkan termasuk PADAMU NEGERI BPSDMPK-PMP. Jika nantinya hasil DAPODIK telah siap dan terbuka akses datanya melalui PDSP maka PADAMU NEGERI tentu akan menyesuaikan di periode selanjutnya.

PADAMU NEGERI mendukung program DAPODIK sebagaimana yang direncanakan untuk digunakan sebagai sumber data tunggal (referensi data utama) bagi seluruh unit utama di Kemdikbud mulai tahun 2014 nanti. 

BPSDMPK-PMP sebagai salah satu unit utama Kemdikbud telah menyiapkan Aplikasi PADAMU NEGERI saat ini termasuk perangkat pendukungnya untuk terintegrasi dengan DAPODIK mulai 2014 nanti sebagaimana surat edaran dari Wamendikbud tanggal 30 Agustus 2013. PADAMU NEGERI juga disiapkan sebagai "Contingency Plan"  BPSDMPK-PMP untuk antisipasi pada suatu keadaan yang tidak sesuai rencana utama tersebut..

Pengajuan NUPTK Baru 2013



Melalui Layanan Sistem Informasi PADAMU NEGERI akan diterbitkan layanan khusus Pengajuan NUPTK Baru secara Online. Layanan Pengajuan NUPTK Baru hanya berlaku bagi para PTK yang belum pernah mengajukan NUPTK atau sudah pernah mengajukan namun belum menerima NUPTK.

Gambaran secara umum, mekanisme Pengajuan NUPTK Baru 2013 akan dilaksanakan dengan pengisian Formulir Pengajuan NUPTK Baru secara online langsung oleh PTK bersangkutan. Selanjutnya PTK mencetak isian Formulir Online tersebut dan dilengkapi syarat berkas dokumen lain untuk diserahkan ke Admin Dinas Pendidikan Kab/Kota setempat.

    Lowongan LOGICA 2. Coffey International Development is managing the AusAID funded Local Governance Innovations for Communities in Aceh (LOGICA 2) which is an initiative under the Australia Indonesia Partnership aimed to contribute to a stable and peaceful Aceh by supporting effective governance to address priority community needs and improved living standards.
    As District Program Coordinator you will be required to:
    • Coordinate on a daily basis a team of technical specialists and administrative support staff to deliver measureable outcomes against LOGICA 2.
    • Manage the procurement and engagement of civil society groups through contracted partnerships with LOGICA 2 to support regional village communities.
    • Manage and coordinate District Working Groups (DWGs) to direct, advise on and monitor LOGICA 2 interventions in target districts.
    • Manage the daily operations of a LOGICA 2 district office, including finances, logistics, staff deployment, transport, security and scheduling of work plan activities.
    • With the support of L2’s technical team, assist in the design and implementation of strategies to improve government services.
    • Assess, analyse and advise on the specific governance reform and community development needs of
    the districts and the districts Government.
  • Promote coordination and collaboration between LOGICA 2 and other government or donor programs and represent LOGICA 2 in discussions/meetings where required.
  • Prepare timely and accurate reports, briefings and other documentation to advise on project strategies and approaches for achieving project outcomes.
  • Oversee the monitoring and evaluation system (MES) within the district office ensuring all necessary information and data required for the MES to measure and document the impact of the project.
  • To be successful in this position you must have graduate qualifications and equivalent extensive experience in governance, social, behavioural or political science, policy analysis, or other relevant fields and at least two (2) years professional work experience in community development, governance reform or assistance to local government and non-government entities. In addition you will also have demonstrated skills in influencing senior decision makers within provincial and district governments and good interpersonal communication, motivational and facilitation skills.
